How much do you need for 1 person for 1 year:

Grains
Wheat: 135 pounds
Rolled Oats (Quick, regular): 30 pounds
Commeal: 30 pounds
PearledBarley: 3 pounds
Rice, White: 60 pounds
Enriched White Four: 12 pounds
Pasta: 30 pounds

Legumes
Kidney: 16 pounds
Pinto/ White: 16 pounds
Lima/ Black: 6 pounds
Lentils/ Split Peas: 4 pounds
Legume ABC Soup Mix: 16 pounds

Fats & Oils
Vegetable Oil: 1 Gallon
Shortening: 3 cans
Mayonnaise: 1 Qt.
Peanut Butter: 2 Jars

Sugars
Granulated, White: 28 pounds
Brown: 5 pounds
Powdered Sugar: 2 pounds
Honey: 5 pounds
Corn Syrup: 16 oz. Jar
Molasses: 12 oz. Jar
Maple Syrup: 36 oz. Jar
Jams & Preserves: 2 pints
Fruit Drink, powder: 2 Cans
Flavored Gelatin: 6 oz. box

Milk
Nonfat, Dry Milk: 50 to 104 pounds

Expanded Basic Food Storage

Bouillon (Beef, Chicken, Ham): personal preference
